The Luxury 40 tiny home is equipped with a mini-split AC unit. You can adjust the temperature using the remote control.
Please be sure that both mini-split units are set to either heating or cooling, but not opposite functions.
The remote for the mini-split unit can be found next to the main entrance. The snowflake indicates cooling while the sunburst indicates heating.
However, please try to keep it between 68-78 degrees, and leave the A/C running when you leave the unit to keep it nice and cold.
There is a small remote control to turn on and control the electric fireplace.
There is a gas oven and range available for cooking. To use turn the knobs and light.
To use the oven, turn the knob and push in to light.
The coffee maker is for your use. If you need additional coffee pods let me know.
The center bar between both doors sometimes gets stuck. Please be sure that both doors are closed securely after having both doors open. Instructions are on the side bar connected to the left door of the refrigerator.
The TV in the living area is a Roku TV equipped with a variety of apps you are able to log into for viewing pleasure. If you have any issues with the TV please let us know.
To use the handheld shower head, the peg needs to be pulled on the main connection point. Please be sure that the shower head is pointed inside the tub before turning the peg on.
Dish towel and dish drying towels are in the 2nd drawer.
Our tiny home is equipped with a hot water heater for showering and the sink. This water heater is sized for a tiny house and should deliver enough hot water for at least a 15 minute shower. Please allow 10 minutes between showers to allow the water heater to heat more water.
